Mr. Dale Koester began his teaching career in 2010 and has 10 years of experience as a PE teacher, including 3 years as an Athletic Director. He also served one year as an Assistant Principal. Mr. Koester graduated from The University of Nevada with a B.S. in Physical Education, and went on to obtain his M. Ed. In Educational Leadership from LeTourneau University.
Mr. Koester is passionate about physical education and athletics. He is a firm believer in teaching the whole child - mind, body, and spirit. He believes student-athletes should represent the school well in the classroom, as well as have good conduct and character on and off the field. Mr. Koester has experience coaching cross country, track, basketball, volleyball, baseball, softball, and soccer. He is looking forward to coaching a variety of sports as the newest Crusader!
When Mr. Koester is not at school, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, their two kids, and their cat and dog. He loves watching the Chicago Cubs, camping, traveling, and attending church and small group.
