Mrs. Jessica Leas earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Sam Houston State University and her Master’s in Education in Special Education, with a focus on Deaf and Hard of Hearing at Texas Tech University. Mrs. Leas started her teaching career in 2014 and has been privileged to work with students and teachers in a variety of educational settings. She has worked as a Classroom Teacher, Co-Teacher, Dyslexia Teacher, Resource Teacher, Case Manager for Special Education, and English as a Second Language Teacher.
Mrs. Leas has a passion for helping all children reach their potential and loves challenging students to take risks when learning. She believes in helping students develop the skills necessary to enjoy learning and leading them to become lifelong learners.
Mrs. Leas feels blessed to join the St. Anne Catholic School family. In addition to an amazing husband, Mrs. Leas has two wonderful children, a girl, and a boy. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and spends most of her extra time training for long distance runs.
