Leighann Gossard

Mrs. Leighann Gossard is passionate about education. From a young age, she enjoyed reading, writing, and learning about the faith. A product of Catholic Education, Mrs. Gossard attended St. Anne from 5th through 8th grade before attending Frassati Catholic High School. Her experience in Catholic Schools was pivotal for deepening and enriching her faith.

After spending her first year teaching Kindergarten in a public school, Mrs. Gossard felt the Lord calling her to return to Catholic education. “I’m overjoyed to have the opportunity to teach in not only a Catholic school, but the very Catholic school I attended,” she says. “The education I received at St. Anne started my search for goodness, truth, and beauty. Without the formation I received here, I wouldn’t have the strong faith I have today. I’m overjoyed to be able to provide my students and community with that same experience.”

Mrs. Gossard earned a B.S. in Elementary Education from Sam Houston State University. In her spare time she enjoys reading, exploring nature, and spending time with her family.
